By submitting the onboarding form, approving your project brief, or making payment, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact information you provide, such as your name, email address, church or organization name, and city.
• Project details you share with us during onboarding — your goals, page preferences, and any files you upload (logos, photos, content, brand color preferences).
• Payment information, processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools when you browse our site (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To design, build, launch, host, and maintain your website
• To process payment and manage your subscription
• To communicate with you about your project, billing, or account
• To improve our services and this website

3. Third-Party Services

We share information with a small number of third parties, only as needed for them to perform their function:

• Stripe — processes your payment information. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how it handles your payment data.
• Google (Drive & Sheets) — used internally to organize and deliver your project files and brief.
• Google Analytics — used to understand how visitors use our site (see Section 4).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it over time. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site function.

5. Data Retention

We retain your project information for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and support purposes. See Section 6 of our Terms of Service for what happens to your website files and content after cancellation.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at ministrysites@colouroutside.com. We will respond within a reasonable time frame.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for church and ministry leaders and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
